• Handle the documents, email from team/ department head. Review and consolidate for Group MD by passing though Executive Secretary.
• Provide information with proper manner to department related and always communicate, distributing the information if needed by considering and screening information to the team.
• Handle telephone call with professional way.
• Greet and directs clients to the meeting room with maintain a professional image.
• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail if any related to other concerned.
• Support and office equipment, including copier, fax, computers, printers, stationary etc.
• Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings. Preparing the meeting room prior meeting both internal, external.
• Type correspondence and reports; edit and update various spreadsheets
• Consolidate all the data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)
• Preparing daily competitor research both new and existing, business and marketing research to provide for Group MD.
• Preparing and providing daily market research studies, analyzing competitor, and all promotion from other business.
• Preparing all the report if any requested.
• Assist Executive Secretary to Group MD.
