• Preliminary reviewing the customer’s necessary documents.
• Providing customer’s information as requested by searching from internal bank databases and publicly available sources.
• Operating the mailing and delivery of documents.
• Handling other tasks as assigned in due time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration area or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in General Administration.
• Good command in English and computer literacy in MS office.
• Pleasant personality and service-minded.
