1. Management of all personnel assigned to Customer support Department.
2. Ensure staff effectiveness and cost improvements.
3. Insure that all customer requirements are implemented in the correct way.
4. Contribution Margin control and action.
5. Review result customer satisfaction and take proper actions.
6. Provide sales report to group sales controller.
7. Initial Sales Budget to be a guideline for company budget.
8. GPV interface channel.
9. Ensure correct customer order handling.
10. Cooperation and coordination between all involved parties.
11. Initiate the project improvement such as delivery, Cost, quality, service, etc.
12. Follow up Sales Budget in order to achieve the target.
Responsibility :
1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that staff has been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system.
5. Monitor margin and enforce program managers to take action in case of profit loss.
6. Customer contact and customer service.
7. Customer analysis and satisfaction evaluation.
8. Make sure that customer minute of meeting is provided.
9. Collect all information and making reliable sales report in the right time.
10. Ensure that KPI is achieved.
11. Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations.
12. Ensure that customer contracts are up to date.
13. Keep focus on delivering according to company strategy.
14. Program management when implementing new products, including making project plan, delegation of task to the right person and follow up any progress to insure that project plan is achieved.
15. Secure that new products can be released for production from reception of part to shipment, and insure that documentation, processes, engineering change can be done in a correct way according to customer document.
16. Technical contact person internal with regards to product or customer, including clearing of process, routes, programming, etc.
17. Technical contact person toward suppliers regarding to approval of alternatives.
18. Follow up production status and feedback to customer.
19. Plans and forecast customer future requirements for existing/new products.
20. Receive, review and request addition PO for existing/new products.
21. Coordinate quoted, re-quoted price and ECO cost for existing/new customers.
22. Coordinate and implement customer business review.
23. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects.
24. To be a leader of project improvement in term of cost, delivery and quality.
25. To be a leader in the conference call with the customers by getting support from Program Manager or Sr. Program Manager.
Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill) :
1. Male/ Female minimum 2-3 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing.
2. Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering field. Preferably master degree in any relevant field.
3. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 /14001 and prefer knowledge related to ISO/TS16949, TS13485, Atex, UL, REACH, RoHS.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Good knowledge of computer skills.

9. Mature with pleasant personality, work well under pressure
10. Strong leadership, good attitude, proactive thinking and self-motivated
