- Perform troubleshooting PC Desk, Peripheral and network equipment via call, remote or other tool
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Determine/Suggestion the best solution based on the issue and details provided to customers
- Escalation unresolvable to next support level
- Monthly incident report
- Provide standby engineer for service support in case of Help desk engineer cannot onsite.
- Provide onsite service at Somerset branch as customer assign
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
- Perform customer regulation
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor degree
- At least 1-2 years of experiences as a IT support in any industry
- Knowledge of CompTIA A+
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work as a shift (not over 8 hrs.)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Support IT software Application Hotel
- Able to start working immediately

Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(*flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*)
