Learning & Development Manager
บริษัท ดีสโตน คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด- Develop an annual training plan in partnership with the business that ensures that skilled, competent employees achieve their objectives, meet business needs and meet regulatory requirements.
- Work in partnership with the business to develop training and development frameworks in-line with business goals and regulatory compliance.
- Work with Compliance to ensure that an appropriate training and competency program and monitoring system is established and maintained for identified areas of the business.
- Work with the business to ensure that training is recorded and maintained to support the 'audit trail of competency' requirements required by the regulators.
- Contribute to the business succession plan by providing development opportunities to improve individual skill sets.
- Support business leaders in developing solutions to solve skill gaps using internal and external training interventions.
- Monitor the training budget to ensure that expenditure is correctly authorized and that all external training provided supports the objectives.
- Implement appropriate validation and evaluation measures for training events.
- Utilize all tools available to identify skill and behavioral gaps.
- Work with the business to ensure that appropriate training is delivered and that opportunities are in place for individual development.
- Proven experience of training deliver
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably within financial services
- Training & presentation skills to include technical and soft skills training
- Consultancy, coaching & facilitation skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to build effective relationships
- Business focused
- An up to date knowledge of training and development practices
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational and personal effectiveness skills, including time and project management.
- Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service for internal customers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent command in English and computer literate.

Deestone Limited was established 28 years ago by a group of Thai industrialists who believes that the pursuit of manufacturing excellence is the way forward. At that time, rubber was the “new gold” for South East Asia with both Malaysia and Thailand expanding aggressively into this new industry. Business initially focused on supplying vehicular tires, tubes and specialized tires for industrial and agricultural market segments.
By 1994, the Group has diversified into tire manufacturing for bicycles, scooter, specialized industrial tire and inner tube production for export purposes.
Currently, more than 50% of Deestone Group’s products are exported worldwide to countries like USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Egypt, Israel and Jordan.
Our total asset base exceeds 500 million baht and our staff strength numbers over 3,000. We have 3 manufacturing facilities; two in Oamnoi, Samutprakarn, and one in Bang Len. The combined capacity is 100,000 tons, making us one of the biggest tire manufacturer in South East Asia.
