- Receive Order / Coordinate with Sales and PC
- Open the Invoice in the system every day.
- Summary of customer detail for billing / receipt of check / credit term.
- Make customer billing according to customer schedule.
- Coordinate with warehouses and transportation to deliver products
- Summary of daily sales reports and related reports.
- Pick up samples / adjust products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, Sale support function, marketing coordination
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail
• Good communication
• Good computer skill specially in Excel Pivot table and V-lookup
