• Provision of a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service
• Development and maintenance of filing and information both of manual and electronic systems to ensure that all documentation and information is readily available for managers
• Diary management including scheduling and organizing meetings, Training, trips and agendas both internal and external and relevant preparation of materials and or data
• Managing a system to ensure that participants are properly prepared for meetings/training
• Preparation of Training/ Meeting data, presentation files and material
• Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and OHP and collate feedback sheets from meetings
• To carry out any other duties appropriate to the post as agreed with line manager
• To create, develop and maintain the professional image of the company at all times
• Work closely with the Academy manager to bring the trainings to life and provide comprehensive documentation and ongoing support for those attending your courses
• To carry out from time to time extra duties as may be requested by the management
• Marketing and Sales;
• Assist the marketing communication and product Management team with the development appropriate marketing materials
• In conjunction with the Sales Team, develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, sales representatives, country managers and organizations and other relevant parties; formally responding to and addressing inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop good working relationships with the principle of the Partnership Program
• Ensure support and training of the Partners employees which allows them to promote your products
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Thai nationality , Female, age 27-32 years old
• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in secretarial or personal , admin
• details-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Must be familiar with computer software programs eg. Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, power point
• Ability to use initiative and manage own workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Requires some domestic and international travel for organizing trainings or meetings with customers and partners

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday <Saturday Working: *1-2 times per month, according to corporate calendar >)
