1995: Invested in Shinawatra Tower III to construct a Super Smart Building which distinguishes in Information Technology and Energy Savings.
2000: Shinawatra Tower III was officially opened and was rewarded as an excellent building in Energy Saving from both national and international association.
2002: Expanded our business to residential projects which cover all of lifestyle-- Single Detached House, Townhome, Condominium and concern about technology and environment constantly.
2003: Adjusted our business structure and had investment in Asset Network Fund (ANET) and other 3 subsidiaries comprising of OAI Asset Co., Ltd. (OA), Up Country Land Co., Ltd. (UL), and V. Land Property Co., Ltd. (VL), meanwhile, we converted to SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited with a registered capital of Baht 3,500 million.
2007: SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited had re-branding with all our products to create new differentiated style in each product to reflect its own characterization and get ourselves ready to be a leader in property business in the future. As a plan, we’ve continuously introduced new project to respond all of customers’ desire and lifestyle so far.
2008: Created “New Series Home 2008” to present our new image with concept and design of residence that deliberate classy and precious lifestyle including build a better society or “New Community” that combine single detached house, townhome, condominium and commercial in the same area, under SC Community Project Phetchakasem 81, as the concept of a small community with biggest happiness (เมืองเล็กๆ ที่ความสุขเป็นเรื่องยิ่งใหญ่)
2009: We was one of 41 companies which was accredited as Excellent in setting Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2009 and also accredited as the best role model of company—out of 497 companies--by Thai Investors Association.
