หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
|
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารการคิดค่าแพทย์ทุกสาขาจากผู้ป่วย ทำการคำนวณเงื่อนไขในการจ่ายเงินให้แพทย์ทุกสาขาได้อย่างครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามกำหนดเวลา
• จัดทำรายงานค่าแพทย์เพื่อเตรียมจ่าย
• ออกรายงานข้อมูล DF พร้อมตรวจเอกสารการคิดค่าแพทย์ทุกสาขาจากผู้ป่วย
• ทำการคำนวณค่าแพทย์ตามเงื่อนไขการจ่ายเงินให้แพทย์รายบุคคล
• จัดทำรายงานค่าแพทย์รายบุคคลเพื่อเตรียมจ่าย
• ทำจ่ายค่าแพทย์ตามรอบการจ่าย
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ทำใบรับรองหักภาษี ณที่จ่าย แพทย์รายบุคคล
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ

• อายุตั้งแต่ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี • มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมบัญชี • เดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้ |
