1. Dealing with foreign customers via the telephone. 2. Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products. 3. Evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and complaints. 4. Other duties as assigned.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any or related fields • TOEIC level of 550 achieve within 2 years will be required • Interested in mobile technology • Good command of spoken/written in English • Computer literacy and good in Microsoft office • Strong interpersonal skills and service-minded • Able to work under pressure and on shift work
