- Able to work abroad with Director and strongly negotiate skill to support director. - Take lead to handle end-to-end performance management cycle and monitor timely and accurate completion of the process (e.g. forms and templates, communications). - Contribute to the linkage between Performance Management and Talent Management to support strategic direction. - Assist Manager to develop tools and support materials to help employees and their line managers in the area of Performance Management. - Work closely with Director to apply learning & development initiatives into practices for further talent development. - Take lead, collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive Talent Management in terms of designing talent managing framework and drive the execution. - Drive employee engagement efforts including analysis and reporting of annual engagement and survey results, action plan development, and change initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 26-35 years old. - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in International Business, Education, Business Administration,Psychology or related field
- Excellent in Chinese language. - 2-5 experience in Performance Management and Personal Assistant. - Analytical skill with the sense of Business Acumen and interpersonal skill. - Good command of English.
- Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
