i) Define and implement Credit Policy and Procedure.
ii) Manage the customer credit risk, credit criteria, etc.
iii) Verify and monitor customer credit status such as credit limits, credit terms, current balance, overdue, etc.
iv) Monitor information of customer data base in ERP.
v) Liaison with all other areas of the business which are impacted by the Credit Control function.
vi) Undertake financial month end tasks ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
vii) Carry out analysis on credit control issues and provide the Financial Accountant with statistical information.
viii) Manage and litigate the credit loss.
ix) Monthly report for AR Aging & Collection.
x) Manage and supervise team members.
xi) Liaison with debt collection agency.
• B.A. Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 5 years experience of managing a Credit Control & Collection filed and at least 3 years experience in the supervisory level. • Good command in MS Office, SAP or Oracle knowledge is preferable • Attention to detail and understanding of how a business works and what the processes are and how they effect a business. • Good communication and strong negotiation & interpersonal skill. • Analytical skills and have service mind skill.
