Implement the Data Governance/Data Management Policy, Framework and Processes as formulated by Group Data Governance to CIMB Thai and ensure CIMB Thai Board approval is obtained, where applicable
Implement the minimum data standards for data capture, data maintenance and data quality assurance on identified critical data elements established by Group Data Governance.
Establish, manage and implement the CIMB Thai Data Governance Unit set-up in line with the Data Governance and Data Management Structure.
Manage, monitor and enforce compliance with data policies and standards for CIMB Thai.
Identify and appoint designated data steward(s) for CIMB Thai and support the data management initiatives that are aligned to the Group.
Ensure the Data Quality Index as set by CIMB Thai Data Governance Committee is complied with and any deterioration or data issues identified at CIMB Thai level, proper reporting is provided to CIMB Thai Data Governance Committee and Group Data Governance Committee.
Review and endorse new and changes/enrichments on Data Quality Profiling Rules for CIMB Thai
Promote Data Governance Culture & adoption at CIMB Thai.
Instill System Ownership Culture and Data Quality awareness for CIMB Thai.
Attend the Group Data Governance Committee and Country Data Governance Committee meetings
Provide timely reporting and updates on data management activities to Group Data Governance Committee
Bachelor or Higher in IT, MIS or Related
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system development by using web application (ie Microsoft.Net , any freeware), SAS , Oracle
Experience in Banking Industry
Experience in Data Governance or Data Analytics or Data Profiling area
Presenting Technical Information, Dash Board
Having understanding in Banking Data Warehouse
Have can-do attitude and willing to learn new knowledge
Able and willing to assume various multi-tasking work
