Automotive Development Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Participates together with other process engineer, to the identification, analysis, implementation and documentation of new lines.
  • Work individually and present finding for new equipment and processes qualification and failure / improvement analysis in order that the products will meet the production target and customer requirement.
  • New line installation qualification analysis and solutions to less than perfect open issues
  • New line process parameter determination / qualification to find best capability and best process window for zero defect production.
  • Be able to present findings of detailed studies and DOE’s to team to make next action / solution for pending issues..
  • Defect analysis, dimensional analysis, capability analysis and solutions for improvement of all.
  • Implement and trouble shoot processes and tooling for manual, semi-auto and full auto assembly production lines.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 or 3 year-experience in Process engineering or process design engineering
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Able to conceptualize detailed jig and fixture concepts for CAD designer to follow.
