• Identify sales opportunities and responsible for the delivery of revenue quota, meet or exceed the agreed sales targets.
• Lead and develop members in business development team to qualify prospects, prepare proposals and effectively present product and solution to client’s executives.
• Responsible for negotiation of commercial contracts and orders.
• Build or maintain relationships with key accounts and partners in assigned region.
• New market/ product/ solution development, preparing practical plan and strategies for sales & marketing, operation and maintenance services.
• Oversee pricing by work with purchasing and engineering teams to source and negotiate to get quality part and services at reasonable cost.
• Create marketing communication plan with budget, execution and measurement.
• Work with business back offices and project implementation team to successfully delivery product or services as per scope of work, budget, timeline and deliverables.
• Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
• Minimum 5 years experiences with at least 3 years in solution sale-related position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business administration, Engineering or any related fields. MBA is preferred.
• Strong background and success cases in consultative/solution selling approach.
• Knowledge in AID, IoT, IT, Software, automation or network equipment products will be a huge advantage.
• Understand and able to propose "win-win" outcomes and long-term relationship with client and partner executives.
• Good analytical, nature of team leader with skills to collaborate both internal and external teams, friendly, outgoing and good personality.
• Good written, communication and presentation skills both Thai and English.
• Having own driving license and own car.
