Customer Experience Manager (Central Ayutthaya)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Evaluate and understand customers’ behaviors, including tenants, to create the best experience as possible when using our facilities.
  • Evaluate and ensure the most convenient access to all shoppers, on foot, public transportation, motorcycle, and car.
  • Work collaboratively with outsource contractor and maintain professional working relationships with tenants, valued customer, and related parties.
  • Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding of expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service quality in all aspects to create the best customer journey as possible.
  • Ensure all asset area are not only cleanliness but also hygienic to met all stakeholder standard & expectation with subcontract management effectively.
  • Handle complaints effectively and recover shopper experience.
คุณสมบัติ
  • 5+ years of relevant professional working experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Data-driven with strong logical thinking skills
  • Customer service oriented is a must
  • Direct experience in the customer service team management, outsource management, and complaint management
  • Direct experience in designing, managing, and improving customer experience strategy
  • Previous experience or understanding of the operational perspective of property management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
