• Coordinate with internal people for serving all customer requirements • Contact with the customer regarding the daily issues • Monitor customer die loading in order to fulfill the forecast properly the ship back date and hold reason. Also, inform the customer if has potential delay • Prepare necessary information to customers per their requests • Consolidate some information from the customer to qualify team for performing the experiment or evaluation • To discuss with customer on technical issue and coordinate for customer project to enhance of new business or development |
• Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in English, Business Administration, Engineering or related field • 2- 4 years experience in Customer Service or Production Control, Process Engineer / IE • Electronics or IC Manufacturing field is preferable • Good skill in English for speaking, reading, writing and listening • Basic able to work under pressure environment • Basic computer skill (Excel, work ,Presentation) • Sence of Urgency • Eager to learn • High leadership and good negotiation • High responsibility and good follow up • Good personality and good follow up • Initiative for problem solving |
