Customer Service (OVERSEAS COORDINATOR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Working in a flat structure where you will be able to share ideas with the company directors, this role will allow you to be responsible for:

  • Coordinate with overseas agents for IMPORT/EXPORT shpt.
  • Follow loading status and solve all issues until shipment departed as scheduled.
  • Check and prepare draft AWB and B/L for pre-alert.
  • Create job file on company's system.
  • Update shipment status report.
  • Coordinate with import local team for D/O collection.
  • Filing all concerns documents and cost for close job file.
  • Apply Insurance as per customer's requested.
คุณสมบัติ
  • 2-10 years experience in operations and customer service of Freight Forwarder field.
  • Ability to using e-mail via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to do the multi task and work under pressure to meet the deadline.
  • Fluently in English and have a good communication skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to problem solve.
  • Strong team player with good attitude.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
