• Control the engineering works under a loss adjuster practice • Survey and investigate a site/premises of a loss and assess the damage for the insurance companies and the public clients • Evaluate the value of the concerned property based on the information available from the site inspection • Verify the root cause of damage • Organize the claim being in line with the terms of the insurance policy and/or agreement contract • Provide advice to insurers and policyholders on the most appropriate solution to solve the problems • Write reports for insurers or clients (in English) to present the claim’s validity and make a recommendation to conclude the claim • Negotiate claim settlement and recommend litigation when the settlement is unable to be negotiated • Establish and maintain good relations with clients |
