R&D Engineer Test, analyze and develop current and future processes as well as products to meet quality and reliability requirements. Research into developing product prototypes and new products to meet specified demand Production/Process Engineer Control, develop and improve production processes and products to meet quality and reliability required by parent company and customer standard. Analyze cause of problems and abnormalities in production process to improve production yield and ensure delivery of conforming products to customers Machine Development Engineer Build machine development function to be able to install mass production of our own products. Explore new techniques and employ them into machine development. Control traceability and accuracy of purchased parts of machines to be able to transfer assets at the end of machine development and to shorten spare parts preparation process. Control documentation of test conditions and results to promote reliability and expandability of R&D outputs. |
