• Handle quality control processes to ensure good product quality as customer’s requirements.
• Performing failure analysis of failed unit both in-house and out-side corresponding LT required and report writing.
• Identify the root cause and cooperate with concerned for take appropriate corrective and preventive action and follow-up the effectiveness.
• Control quality in process to complied with standards with non-conforming management and dispose.
• Manage and control the changing point in-process aim to avoid abnormal both process and product.
• Other duties assign by supervisor.

• Gender : Male between 24 - 27 years old
• Bachelor's Degree of Circuit Design, Electronics Engineering or Related Technical Field.
• Experience from 2-5 years of direct experience conducting Failure Analysis for electronic components, working with returns, reliability testing and yield improvement.
• Demonstrated Knowledge of computer and electronic systems is a must, with experience in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly process and techniques
• Good command of spoken and written English (Japanese will be plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a globally matrix team or environment.
• Proven project management, peer leadership, and mentoring skills.
