Financial controller manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Budget & Planning
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Analyze and forecast results for alternative courses of action to assist management
in short and long term planning.
- Oversees the preparation of profit plans and forecasts.

General Accounting
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel,Cost Accounting,
Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and
strengthen internal controls
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Report to the Management (MD) with timely and accurate financial information

Analysis & Reporting
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
and advise to management
- Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations including business reviews
and management presentations. Key contact for analysis requests from the business units
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts, including
analysis details of financial statements using financial ratios to support each of department
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee all company accounts and investments
คุณสมบัติ
  •  Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, BA, Accounting MBA is prefereable      
  •  35 Years or higher
  •  5 - 8 Years in a business or finance environment
  • (Business planning & budgeting, Treasury, Corporate finance, Cash flow management and forecast,   investment proposal & control, internal audit, and/or financial analysis) 
  • Preferably in distribution business and/or manufacturing 
  • 2 - 5 Years management experience in commercial/sales environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and history of driving change and making a difference
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service oriented 
  • Strong analytical and forward looking skills
  • High attention to detail, Organizational, problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint presentation) 
  • Good command in english (TOEIC at least 650 or any equivalent) 
  • Work well under pressure and meet required deadline
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
