Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director, the Head of Digital, Media, & E-commerce Marketing will lead digital and e-commerce marketing transformation, build digital and media capabilities within the marketing and commercial organization for FC Thailand. This role will manage Digital Marketing, media, and CRM team, Support Brand teams to develop integrated marketing campaign for paid, earned, and owned media channels. Also, define and implement Local Digital Marketing Strategy, aligned with Global Digital Strategy.
• Digital Lead: Lead the local digital marketing and CRM team. Develop, execute and manage FC Thailand digital transformation, comprehensive digital marketing ecosystem and digital mkt strategy to drive business growth. • Infuse: Listen outside and bring in the latest trends, inspire and infuse digital innovations to marketing plans. • Execute: Manage execution of digital marketing activations (Paid-Search, Display, Video-Owned, Social, Earned media), Programmatic/Automation-Performance marketing, CRM, Mobile, Emerging media, Digital content and storytelling. • Test and learn: Establish and lead digital marketing test-prove-learn pilot projects • Ensure Digital Excellency: Ensure execution excellency and effectiveness of digital investments, content and consumer experience, and support brand teams to implement best in class integrated marketing campaigns. • Build Digital Capability: Build digital capabilities and skills to local marketing and commercial team. • Digital accountability, measurement and Analytics: Measure and evaluate effectiveness of digital activities and translate into value added marketing activities. Budgetary control of digital marketing activations. • Commercial Innovation: Suggest disruptive commercial model, think out of the box to catchup with the continuous evolving consumer needs in a continuous developing digital world. • Lead Partnerships: Leading appointment and relationship management of digital media, digital productions agencies and digital solutions providers. • Collaborate: Collaborate with senior leadership and key cross functional stakeholders of FC digital enterprise ecosystem, to drive the overall digital strategies of FCT.
• Bachelor or higher in Business/Marketing/MBA • Proven working experience and track record in digital and e-commerce marketing • 5+years Business/Marketing/Brand communications experience in MNC (possibly in consumer electronics / telecom / travel industry / e-commerce, etc.) • Hands-on experience in Programmatic Marketing and Digital Performance and Analytics • Solid understanding and track record in digital marketing strategy, channels ( Paid, owned, earned, social) and digital campaigns • In depth and up-to-date knowledge of latest digital and social media techniques, and digital landscape. • Has successfully led digital transformation in their organization, from strategizing to bringing management on board, and driving the change within the organization successfully. • Led CRM / loyalty program using digital channels. • Excellent Digital (incl. e-commerce) Marketing competencies: unquestionable functional professional, seen as expert in his field. • Can work autonomously but also as part of multi-disciplinary teams • Open minded and ‘thinks creatively out of the box’, forward thinking. • Eye for detail in execution • Self-motivated with ‘can do attitude’. • Ability to translate strategies and turn complex ideas into practical digital marketing campaigns, across multiple brands. • Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge, as well as for developing others. • Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing
