HR & Admin Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Responsible for all HRM functions including Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Policy & Regulation, and Employee Relations.
  • Manage all Compensations & Benefit programs i.e. SSO, Provident fund, Group Insurance, Medical Allowance, Rewards etc.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks i.e. general affairs, company’s document, office management etc.
  • Act as a “Business Partner” to Managing Director and the management team in terms of people management and manpower strategies.
  • Be a “Team Leader” for the support function team.
  • Be an “Initiator” to drive employees’ engagement and create good working environment.
คุณสมบัติ
  • University degree in HR Management or related field
  • 7-10 year experiences in HRM or equivalent
  • Young HR professional who looks for career advancement is warm welcomed. 
  • Hands on experiences in Payroll, Recruitment & Hiring Process, C&B and Labor Law
  • Experience in handling company size of 100+ employees
  • Prior experience in General Administration and/ or procurement tasks is an advantage
  • Strong communicator & responsive to requests from employees and management teams
  • Able to work independently with limited guidance
  • Understand big picture whilst possessing attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
