HR Business Partners act as a point of contact for both employees and managers in the organization. We play a crucial role in strategizing and improving the complex business model by working closely with management and employees to build organizational and people capabilities.
About the role - You will:
Develop strategies for people management, succession planning and talent management for key managerial positions, critical positions and stakeholders
Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructuring and succession planning
Ensure that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner
Act as a focal point and drives standard/social compliance systems including RBA, TLS8001, ISO 9001, BCMS, etc
Develop and enhance solutions, processes and programs that address current problems
Team up with other HR departments in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning, development and performance management and other HR functions to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient
Oversee and manage complex employee-relation issues
Plan and organize a positive work environment and employee engagement
Maintain in-depth knowledge of labor laws and applicable legal requirements
Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/issues and conduct exit interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary
Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects
Your Experience Includes
HR compliance audits, including but not limited to ISO 9001, TLS8001, RBA
Handling overall HR execution and having excellent knowledge of modern HR Management and Employee Relations, Performance Management, Welfare, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility
Good knowledge and awareness of labor laws
Strong analytical, planning & organization and change management skills
Good computer skills including statistical analytical tools and systematic presentation creativity
Fluent in English language usage
Good interpersonal, service-minded, enthusiastic, proactive and communication skills with business awareness is an advantage
