Hris Specialist

• Analyze, design and develop program with ASP, C#, JAVA as system analyst to the relevant HRIS modules (Personal, Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization, Security, Authority of Approval) as assignment from the supervisor

• Test program and create manual or any document of the system for user

• Educate users on training regarding the new development system, daily issues as well as analyze and solve error from program usage

• Daily and weekly backup for data security

• Provide process improvement and assessment tools to assure consistency of Performance Management System and other HR key initiatives

• Communicate and provide comprehensive Human Resources support to HQ, relevant departments or any others as assigned by using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements

• Maintain and update current HR data and transform to system document, dataflow

• Generate and support all HR reports for management to decision-making
