Create / deliver sale initiative, attractive activities to each customer and maintain long-term partner relationship with key account proactively.
Organize sale activities to up cement selling through each cement channel.
Estimate bulk cement demand, offer high quality service promptly for key clients and solve problems to ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Monitor bulk cement market movement in responsible area(s) and be able to summarize and suggest action plan to supervisor.
Be able to manage sales process through valued chain, for example solving customer transaction process problem by cooperation with other departments, such as Technical Service, Logistics, etc. in order to ensure the collaboration, i.e. transportation management to deliver product to customer
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
2-3 years of experience in engineering and/ or other related businesses
Have background on sales particularly in construction business
Knowledge of project management practice and procedures
