Manages liaison between customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer inquiries in related logistics activity
Coordinate with in-house teams including Custom Clearance, Freight forwarding and Transportation to accomplish serving customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer
Monitor team performance, eliminate pending issues and support internal and external organization to achieve KPI target, escalate all operational changes to key account manager and assist in resolution
Initiate improvements and innovations through projects
Bachelor or Master degree in related filed
Minimum 5 years direct experienced in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Has background and knowledge in Custom Clearance will be an advantage
Has management skill with at least 5 years in Management level
Good understanding in Customs Clearance process / Logistics Import & Export Process
Service minded and able to work under pressure and solve problem
Strong inter personal skills and Good negotiate and cooperative skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) particular in presentation skill.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken (TOEIC Score 700up)
