Work location: Cambodia Sihanoukville / Myanmar Tachileik We are looking for Customer Service & Sales Summary : Customer Service
Achieve excellent customer satisfaction, build long term relationship with customers, answer customer questions.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organisations by providing information about products and services, takes orders, respond to customer complaints and answer customer questions.
• Build rapport and long term relationship with customers while providing excellent customer service standard.
• Ensure customer’s orders that received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media or etc. are processed on time.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• To support for any ad-hoc projected or task related to customer service.
Summary : Sales Person
Generate sales leads to hit target, achieve excellent customer satisfaction, build long term relationship with customers, answer customer questions.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organisation by providing information about products and services, takes orders, respond to customer complaints and answer customer questions.
• Build rapport and long term relationship with customers while providing excellent customer service standard.
• Ensure customer’s orders that received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media or etc. are processed on time.
• Actively search for customers through any social media platforms including cold calls.
• Sales target: daily, weekly and monthly target needed to achieve.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• To support for any ad-hoc projected or task related to customer service. |

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint - No Degree/ high qualification is required. - Hardworking / good communication skill. - Age 18-35
