Philip Morris Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented person to join our People & Culture team as a People & Culture Operations Specialist - Benefits. You will be working under the guidance of Manager P&C Operations & ES, to perform transaction and operational tasks and cooperate with HR Services at Philippines on a regular basis.
Specifically you will;
Initiate, plan, organize, and execute benefits’ programs
Collect and analyze data and prepare reports
Monitor and update HR database in SAP system and manage all requests in iTicket system
Provide support to expats or international assignees and coordinate with outsourced agencies for the provision of respective services
Minimum - a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR Administrative work in a multinational company
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Advanced in Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
