หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
|
• Sourcing business partner for home care, health care, Lug cap and spout and pouch and other packaging requesting from sales and marketing team
• Develop, implement and manage sourcing procedures and processes to ensure to receive the right materials in the right quantity at the right time
• Examine and verify the product and procedures reliability of suppliers
• Act as a quality lead and liaison between customer, suppliers and internal teams to identify new suppliers and communicate issue that may impact quality, system gaps or cause interruptions in business continuity
• Perform GAP analysis of supplier qualification and customer requirement to meet customer’s target
• Conduct reviews and perform audits to qualify suppliers
• Prepare complete audit reports and communicate audit information to cross functional teams and supplier within a timely manner
• Ensure adequate CAPAs are developed by suppliers and monitor CAPA closures
• Track audit finding for supplier to completion and ensure timely closure of audit reports
• Ensure that Quality Agreements are enforced at each supplier
• Ensure and promote compliance with applicable regulations (e.g.,cGMPs, GTPs, GTPs, etc.) and company client SOPs.
• Travel required

คุณสมบัติ
|
• Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, engineering, food packaging technology
• Minimum 5-8 year in quality system auditing experience in food, food packaging, health care, home care
• Certified Auditor or Lead Auditor credentials is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of ISO principles and Good Manufacturing Practices
• EU regulation knowledge and associated guidelines are a plus
• Understanding of the manufacture and test of packaging is desirable
• Proven ability to identify, collaborate, and resolve supplier relate compliance issues
• Proficient in English
