Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-production stage as well as production stage
• Monitor and implement the production standard to be under company’s quality
• Handle for manpower management, methodology and related management
• Work with management team to implement the company’s policy and goals
• Plan the schedule and assign job to team
• Supervise and motivate team to achieve the goals
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer and/or related field
• Thai Male, age 35-40 years old
•  Minimum 10-15 years experience in engineering, production and management position
•  Good command of English and computer literacy
•  Good Leadership and Interpersonal skills
•  Proactive, solution-thinking and innovative approach
• Challenging, active, initiative and independent candidate is required
• Experience in the Automtotive Industry or Multinational company is preferable
• Able to work at Amata City Chonburi
