Responsible for applying basic scientific understanding of quality assurance and food/feed safety technology and processes across the location in the following areas of focus: testing and auditing process documentation, data collection and analysis, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Responsible for continuous learning and works with frequent oversight by more senior team members.
1. Control and manage on day-to-day production processes to achieve production goal with GMP, HACCP standard, and other related such as working under the SOP. Control temperature through production processes, monitor production records, Take corrective action for the event of deviation during production process.
2. Design the Sampling Plan Management, verify analyzed data, take corrective action of deviation error to achieve the Food Safety and Quality Management System such as swab and product sampling and product sensory test.
3. Maintain data accuracy in system.
4. All related Quality assurance tasks which might be assigned.
B.Sc. in Food science or Food Technology or Microbiology
