Quality & Food Safety Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensure that the highest quality standards of the catering services are maintained by proficient evaluation and assessment.

- Ensure legal compliance with existing hygiene and food safety legislation.

- Participate in the review process of annual improvement HSE and food safety plan including participate in operation meetings.

- Provide technical support and advice on legislative and company requirements.

- Prepare HACCP based food safety plans and manage the approval process with local authorities.

- Set up educational programs and campaigns to promote a culture of hygiene and food safety and environmental awareness.

- Schedule Site Audit, recommend, and propose corrective action plans and follow up.

- Audit suppliers in hygiene and food safety including quality management system on regular basis.

- Participate in hygiene and food safety audits by external inspectors.

- Maintain hygiene and food safety statistics and generate accurate reports.

- Contribute to articles in the company’s regular communications and publications.

- Act as a hygiene and food safety representative for the company.

- Ensure all reported food safety related incidents are fully investigated and corrective actions completed.

- Train our staffs on hygiene and food safety, environment, and quality related topics to operational teams and contract managers as appropriate.

- Communicate jointly with Unit Managers and Operations Directors when client’s complaints arise.

- Arrange food sample analysis with qualified laboratory.

- Responsible for developing a plan, securing certification, and ongoing management of relevant certifications as directed by company business need (ISO 9001:2015, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP, Hospital Accreditation (HA), Joint Commission International (JCI), etc.)

คุณสมบัติ

- A relevant hygiene and food safety or related discipline, with either:

- A formal qualification, with some experience

- No formal qualification but extensive skills and experience in this field.

- Minimum 3 years experience in the catering or food service industry.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management system.

- Development, implementation, and management of projects.

- Working knowledge of the statutory requirements and their application in hygiene and food safety
