To establish new client, maintain relationship with the existing clients and ensure that the company's products / services can deliver on their requirements.
- Establish and develop new client by telemarketing and visit clients.
- Maintain the relationship with existing clients.
- Work closely and collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand and capture requirements.
- Ensure that the company’s products & services can deliver on the client’s requirements.
- Reply to clients' requests; information and proposal.
- Present proposals to clients & providing ongoing support for clients post implementation.
- Produce detailed costings for clients and ensuring the contract is profitable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years experience working in Account Executive, Sales/Marketing environment of IT Solutions Business.
- Direct and relevant experience in Data Center is a plus.
- Good Interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Good personality.
- Fair communication in English.
