• Develop comprehensive territory plans aligned with strategic direction given by the supervisor; then, execute its plan to his/her responsible areas and/or existing dealers, together with gathering market information, such as competitor movement, price movement, product innovation, etc., including monitoring performance to be able to improve plans if needed.
• Identify prospective dealers; acquire to become SCCC’s as well as carry out the required sales process, such as negotiate details of sales contracts and payments, etc.
• Completely understand all INSEE products’ qualities and service offerings and ensure that those are fulfilled customers’ requirements
• Provide marketing and sales program, including initiate programs based on budget allocation to assist dealers in terms of creating push and pull demands
• Be a consultative sale to dealer in order to convert ‘leads’ to ‘sales;’ plan to refill customers’ stocks; increase dealers’ capacities; and encourage dealers to sell all INSEE products; and solve customers’ regular cases in order to keep/strengthen relationship with dealers
• Work closely with channel development sales and project sales to gather customers’ requirement throughout the entire cement, cement application flow; then collaborate with other related functions to ensure that requirement can be fulfilled, and sales process can properly be conducted
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of experiences in cement, cement application or related construction business with background in commercial role preferably B2C
• Knowledge of cement applications, construction material, cement product and construction business
• Sales skill, Communication and negotiation skill
• Driving license and SCCC defensive driving certified
