This position will be responsible for Sales Group with staff in the head office and External. we looking for a person who has knowledge of Sales Management, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing and Strategy, etc in FMCG field.
Responsibility of Traditional Trade channel in North East area.
Manage and drive distributor and sales team performance to achieve sales target.
Responsible for distributor’s performance and provide information and opportunity for business.
Monitoring sales figures vs. the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out of accounts in area of responsibility.
Manage and drive distributor to implement and deliver the results.
Provide market data to other concern in order to improve business objective.
To motivate sales team and liaise between management and sales team.
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
At least 5-7 years’ of working experience in Sales (FMCG business).
Experience in Traditional Trade channel and distributor management.
Experience in training or coaching program for sales team.
Good analytical and presentation skill.
Good Microsoft office program (Especially Excel & PowerPoint).
