Role & Responsibility To assist the sale manager in leading team to achieve team sales targets To supervise and manage all prospect to be customer within time line. Monitor Sale representative productivity by daily basic To provide constructive feedback and coaching in terms of sale skill to increases individual target. Prepare and submit performance reports by weekly and monthly basic. |

Qualifications Proven experience as direct sale supervisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s Degree in sale & market or other relate field. Direct experience on life and non-life insurance is required. Required age of candidate 30 – 40 years old. |
