PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lead a team of Transport Operators and Warehouse Operators through implementation of the standard operations procedures and work instructions, supported by excellent people management practices, resulting in improved service, productivity, people and customer results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Communicate and monitor clear individual performance objectives and service standards.
  • Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.
  • Ensure effective dissemination of relevant information to employees or subcontractors – where appropriate and allowed, especially information related to internal and external customer (dis)satisfaction.
  • Provide regular information and reports to depot operations manager as required.
  • Plan and conduct regular coaching sessions with each employee or subcontractor – where appropriate and allowed, including transaction monitoring, documentation and follow up.
  • Provide immediate feedback to employees in order to act upon learning opportunities following operational exceptions or discrepancies or other incidents.
  • Encourage employees to take ownership of customer satisfaction and to utilise their Service Recovery empowerment.
  • Conduct employee counselling and disciplinary actions if required.
  • Ensure training and development plans are in place for every employee (including subcontractors where applicable and possible) and are complied to.
  • Meet the depot targets on delivering on time and in perfect condition in order to achieve customer satisfaction through an optimised and standardised operations process at optimum cost.
  • Effectively plan and monitor employee schedules and depot operations resources (incl. subcontractors) in order to meet and exceed internal and external service levels at all times, and to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure compliance to Dangerous Goods, Customs and Security policies and procedures.
  • Drive a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to deliver an excellent customer experience leading to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field. 
  • At least 3 years' direct experience in warehouse operations in a logistics company with at least 1 year experience in supervisor role.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge in warehouse and operations management.
  • Effective communication with customers and colleagues over the phone and in written transactions.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Assertive, result-oriented, service-minded and honest.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good team player.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
