- Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Computer or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Information Systems/Technology or any IT related field
- Good working knowledge and understanding of IT hardware and software
