Chain Drugstore Supervisor (Key Account Supervisor)
บริษัท ไทยเมจิฟาร์มาซิวติคัล จำกัด• Manage chain drugstore business to deliver and maximize sales and growth by implementing effective plan for chain drugstore customers such as Boots, Watson’s, Tsuruha, Matsumoto-Kiyoshi, and so on.
• Execute the marketing and sales plan with sales team (1 MR)
• Negotiation with chain drugstore headquarters to enlist our products
• Plan and execute the offline marketing activities such as booth exhibition
• Contribute creative ideas to initiate innovative solutions for business.
• Work with cross functional teams to take the plans into execution
• Monitor progress to plan and budget as required, and prepare contingency plans to ensure objectives are satisfied
• Maintain acceptable profit margin on chain drugstore business
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements
• Other tasks which are assigned by Superior.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting the offline channel especially in chain drugstore
• Experience at least 2 - 3 years in sales and marketing in pharmaceutical business such as medical representative
• Able to communicate in English both written and speaking
• Results driven and solution oriented
• Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Design’s Portfolio would be advantage
