Quality Manager

• Implement Quality Management processes from the NPI level to the FATP level*
• Devise and carry out product, process, and supplier audit programmes.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions.
• IQC/In-process/OQC quality management*
• NPI project development, validation and qualification.
• New production line / tooling validation and qualification
• Apply quality tools e.g. Cp/Cpk, SPC, GR&R, 8D to analyse and improve supplier quality performance.
• Use SPC and failure analysis methods to identify quality problems and drive improvements. *
• Lead and collaborate with customer and supplier quality engineering teams to set up quality auditing programmes and devise process improvements.
• Lead and collaborate with supplier quality engineering teams to finalize the parts level measurement method, and analyze the measurement data for sub-tier supplier process improvement.
• Set up traceability control systems for all mechanical parts and electronic components at the NPI stage.
• Audit supplier quality reports to ensure data accuracy.
• University qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 10 years' industry experience with a proven track record in project management and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and products.*
• Experience in consumer electronic products is preferred* (Computer pheripherals, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Routers, etc.,)
• Familiar with quality management tools and techniques
• Excellent skills in identifying, analysing, and resolving process quality issues *
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Good personality and communication skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure
