Sales admin (work in Myanmar)

- Coordinate Thailand with Local Trade Marketing (Myanmar)
- Coordinate Thai sales admin, Manager, customer, Warehouse, accounting
- Work in Myanmar
Responsibilities:
- Collect all information from Thailand & translate into English
- Check ,update &submit about Cer. of Analysis,Freesales & GMP From Thai
- Check commercial Invoice from Thai with license, Confirm back to export team
- Report stock inventories
- Contract & request for new product from Thailand
- Container preparing (check focus ,Arrange & calculate dimension)>prepare proforma Invoice,Sales contract, purchase order &check with WH Team
- Shipping Process (collect document > PI & SC send back from Thai, Approved PO from acc & WH, Attach with COA ,Freesales ,GMP, Lab result > send to accounting for apply license)
- Age 24-32 years old
- Bachelor Degree in International Trade, English or other related field
- Experienced in trade and marketing, sales admin background for consumer products would be a plus
- Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and able to manage priorities.
- Mature and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure with can do attitude, self-motivated and team spirit.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking and writing) with good computer skill
- Ability to use 3rd Language will be highly advantage
- Willing to travel time to time to conduct market visit and client visit
