Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the Sales team for purpose our solution include present,Demo,prepare POC of Netka's products
• Implement and Technical Support for all Netka's products
• Support and Advise the solution Architect(SA) and Deal Implementation Manager(DIM) in presales and postsales phase
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Have at least 3-5 year experience for IT Technical & Sale.

• Bachelor's degree in faculty of IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering •

• Understanding the business needs of partner and customer

• Good knowledge of service desk

• Good knowledge of Network Monitoring Technologies, server, storage, Virtualization, Cloud, System Design/Architecture

• Good knowledge of ITIL , CISCO , Aws , IT service management (ITSM), project management.

• Basic knowledge of database (MySQL), Css ,Less, Sass ,PHP,Asp.net

• Good skill of Troubleshooting, Resourcefulness, planning, managing, prioritizing, analysis, coordination, presentation, negotiation ,communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Have good responsibility, discipline, awareness, proactive, self-development

• Have experience working with company which certified ISO or CMMI.

• Able to work hard and tolerate with pressure of work.

• Able to travel and work in foreign country.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
