IT Project Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Service Sales

• Service cost calculation

• Update and analyze service sales

• Issue quotation and follow up PO and payment

• Establish and maintain key customer relationship

• Customer retention

• Mail correspondent

• Performance management

2. Project Management

• prepare documentation for acceptance test, provide training to customer.

• Prepare document and internal training to handover project.

3.CMMI Process Improvement

• Comply CMMI /Process Improvement

4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as;

• support Netka partner enablement through classroom or lab training, online knowledge sharing on installation, project implementation, troubleshooting etc.

• Other duties if any


• Bachelor's degree in faculty of IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering

• Have at least 1-3 year experience

• Good knowledge of networking, server, storage, hyper visor, service desk, Microsoft Office

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, IT service management (ITSM), project management.

• Basic knowledge of CMMI, database (MySQL or Maria DB), big data analytics, IoT, cloud services SQL Query Browser, SSH (Secure Shell), Secure CRT.

• Good skill of planning, prioritizing, analysis, coordination, presentation, negotiation and critical management.

• Have good responsibility, discipline, awareness, proactive, self-development and service mind.

• Have experience working with company which certified ISO or CMMI is advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken Thai and English.
