Be responsible for carrying out automated guided vehicle (AGV) project implementation and after-sales service, including software/hardware site installation, testing, project acceptance, customer training & after-sales service support, assist the project team to achieve project time schedule control, quality control, and cost control;
Keep good communication with customer / local SI;3. Work closely with project manager, consultant, R&D engineer, and production engineer on project status report, product information summary, project/product details improvement and make user manual documentation;
Responsible for solving both software/hardware problems in the project site and generating the standard record document for further analysis;
For the project site problems which need remote support from the engineer in the head office, need to provide accurate problem description, log, site photos/videos to achieve timely trouble-shooting;
Assist the software interface testing work for customer / SI.
At least Bachelor’s degree in automation, electronics, mechanical, IT engineering or related majors;
At least 1 years experience in logistics equipment installation and testing work;
Good knowledge about system integration;
Skilled in Microsoft and AutoCAD software;
The ability of independent work under high pressure;
Project management experience and good knowledge of warehousing & logistics automation and AGV is preferred;
