1. Implement store policies to plan and manage gross sales, including managing sales promotion, tracking sales, and researching for opponent market, to achieve plans and goals effectively
2. Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
3. Manage and examine stock and storage effectively to prepare sufficient stock following plans and standards
4. Manage complaints from customers and propose to relevant functions to solve problems as well as improve staff operations in providing service following standards
5. Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
6. Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
