Customer Experience Design Manager
ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Psychology Finance, Consumer Behavior or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field e.g., customer experience strategy, consumer insights, business/ brand strategy, customer service design, or project management
- Excellent communication and persuasive communicator - able to explain complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
