Industrial Engineer (Continuous Improvement - I-Cube)
บริษัท อิมเมอรี่ส์ เซรามิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Deploys and sustains Imerys Continuous Improvement program within the Hub (Industrial & supply chain operations) by supporting the 2 legs of I3: improving Working conditions with MUST HAVES (5S, rituals of management and dust management) and generating margin improvement with cost saving projects
- Cultivates and promotes a strong continuous improvement culture across the hub
- Supports analysis of processes and practices to enable safety / efficiency / quality continuous improvement initiative generation
- Generates detailed continuous improvement initiatives across the plants of the hub to generate savings with the cooperation of the local team and plant managers.
- Leads effective operational processes’ implementation at hub level
- Provides technical support and expertise to on-site teams for I-Cube deployment and improvement projects
- In charge of supporting the energy efficiency consolidation by the operation
- Follow up action plan in each site separately in monthly improvement call
- Review quarterly operation performance in management meeting at site
- At hub level, monitors progress of continuous improvement projects and related savings, including process management improvement, process modification, energy optimization
- Maintains and creates appropriate documentation for reports, project execution, and data analysis including consolidating data for monthly operation hub report
- Supports Operation Sites & Supply Chain team members to support continuous improvement deployment
- Captures and communicates learning to enable best practice transfer within his/her hub and the other hubs
- Key interfaces: ensures tight coordination with Hub manager & BA I3 manager
- Implement new tools and database, focusing on google sheet and data studio and also need to train operation team
- Provides training on how to use simple tools like management rituals, RCA, and 5S (use standard training material from corporate as a guideline)
- Preferably based on the lead site of the hub and can be acting as local I3 Opex on this site.

- Good Continuous Improvement culture and able to learn very fast methods (project management, Kaizen, 6-sigma, value stream mapping, Fish-Bone diagram, BBZ, working capital optimization)
- Open minded, experienced in multi-cultural environments
- Strong Analytical skills
- Able to organize training paths for managers of in the hubs
- Green belt is a plus
