- Successful candidates will be responsible for operating Call Center/ Customer Service teams; monitoring the teams' performance, reviewing report the ensure that the teams manage to deliver satisfying service, setting productivities target for the teams, working closely with Manager on any concerning issues.
You will be discussed with our consultant for more in-depth descriptions in the interview session.
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields
- At least 5 years of experiences in Call Center or Customer Service working fields from Automotive or Leasing business
- Experienced with AVAYA System
- Able to work on Saturday from time to time
- Strong management and communication skills
- Excellent command of English
